Pismis Sogan Salatasi / Gerösteter Zwiebelsalat

Zutaten : 1 kg Zwiebeln, 1 Bund Petersilie, ½ EL Sumak (geriebene Sumachbeeren), 1 Zitrone, Salz, Antep Biberi (grob gemahlener Paprika) und Öl.

Die Zwiebeln im Backofen so lange rösten bis sie durch sind. Danach schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Abkühlen lassen. Die fein gehackte Petersilie, Sumak, Salz, Antep Biberi, Öl und Zitronensaft dazugeben. Gut mischen. Als Beilage für gegrillte oder gebratene Fleischgerichte sehr gut geeignet.
