Mit der Verdi-Oper Aida, wird das 17. Internationale Opern und Ballett-Festival in Aspendos eröffnet. Die Aufführungen werden bis zum 1 Juli zu sehen sein.
Den Beginn des diesjährigen Oper und Ballettfestivals in Aspendos macht die Antalya Staatsoper am 8. Juni mit der Verdis- Oper: Aida. Am 11. Juni können die Besucher dann an die drei Musketiere ansehen, gefolgt von Bizet.
Carmen wird am 14. Juni gegeben von der Staatsoper Istanbul.
Das Tokyo Ballet aus Japan wird den Besuchern Mozart vorführen. Don Juan Theodorakis wird griechischen Tanz und Ravels Bolero präsentieren und das alles unter der Leitung von Maurice Bejart, dem weltberühmten Choreographen.
Am 17 Juni, der Beliner Chor Sing Along Turkey wird mit Carmina Burana auftreten und die Staatsoper Makedonien folgt am 23.Juni mit Verdis.”Rigoletto ” Am 26.Juni können die Urlauber Wagners “fliegenden Holländer” in der Version der Izmir Staatsoper in der unvergleichlichen Atmosphäre des Theaters von Aspendos genießen. Den Abschluss macht dieses Jahr am 1. Juli “Barbaros” mit dem zeitgenössischen türkischen Ballet, dass die Geschichte des türkischen Seefahrers und Admirals Barbaros Hayrettin Pascha erzählt. Die weltberühmten Tanz-Shows Troya und Fire of Anatolia wieder auf der Bühne in Antalya
Auch in 2010 werden die Tanzshows von Choreograph Mustafa Erdoðan wieder die Massen begeistern. Zahlreiche Auftritte auf der Bühne der Gloria Aspendos Arena, bieten die Möglichkeit, diese einzigartige Tanzdarbietungen zu besuchen.
So soll es neben dem Mythos-Spektakel “Troya” auch eine Weiterführung von “Fire of Anatolia” geben. Die Tänzer werden wieder einmal mit unglaublich synchron aufgeführten Tanzschritten in fantastischen Kostümen die Zuschauer begeistern.
“Fire of Anatolia” wird überwiegend Dienstags aufgeführt, teilweise auch Freitags.
Die Veranstaltungen laufen bereits seit April und werden noch bis Anfang November weitergeführt. “Troja” wird ab Juli bis September immer Freitags vorgeführt. Beginn der Veranstaltungen ist stets gegen 21.15 Uhr. Die Eintritts-Tickets kann man in vielen Reisbüros der Region (meistens in Verbindung mit Eintritt, Transfer und evtl .Abendessen) finden.
