Zusammenarbeit von BKK vor Ort und dem Türkisjournal beschlossen!
Ende Oktober hat die BKK vor Ort einen Vertrag mit dem Haya Krankenhausabgeschlossen, sodass Versicherte wie gewohnt
in Deutschland, in Notfällen nur das „Kärtchen“ vorzuweisen brauchen (Türkis berichtete) Das Echo auf den Vertragsabschluss war so enorm, dass sich die Verantwortlichen entschlossen haben, in Alanya eine Vertretung zu installieren. Aufgrund der schon bestehenden guten Kontakte hat man sich bei der BKK vor Ort-Vertretung in Deutschland dazu entschlossen, die Vertretung für die Krankenkasse dem Türkis Journal zu übertragen. Ab etwa Mitte Januar werden Sie somit nicht nur die Redaktion in den neuen Geschäftsräumen an der Damlatas-Strasse antreffen, sondern auch eine Vertretung der BKK vor Ort. Dort können Sie sich dann nicht nur, falls Sie wechseln wollen, beraten lassen und die Unterlagen für den Aufnahmeantrag in die BKK vor Ort abgeben, sondern Post von der Krankenkasse, die per Kargo an die Vertretung geschickt wird, bei uns abholen – konkret sind das z.B. neue Karten, Informationen und auch die Scheine T11 und T20, die Sie für Behandlungen und Medikamentenverschreibungen im Staatlichen Krankenhaus benötigen.
Auch bei Fragen rund um den Vertrag stehen wir zur Verfügung. Als besonderes Extra wird in Kürze ausserdem ein Kooperationsvertrag mit einem in Alanya niedergelassenen,
perfekt deutschsprechendem Arzt abgeschlossen werden, so dass Sie – wie Sie es in Deutschland gewohnt sind, erst einmal zum Hausarzt gehen können und nicht jedes Mal in die Notaufnahme des Krankenhauses müssen.
Was brauchen Sie?
Der Aufnahmeantrag und ggf. Familienbogen muss ausgefüllt werden.
Ansonsten brauchen Sie:
1. Personalausweis oder Reisepass
2. einen Nachweis, dass Sie eine deutsche Adresse haben.
3. Rentner benötigen eine Kopie des Rentenversicherungsbescheids
4. Kündigung und Kündigungsbestätigung Ihrer alten Krankenkasse
(dies können wir auch vor Ort in Alanya für Sie erledigen).
Die neue Versicherung fängt 2 Monate nach Antragstellung an zu laufen. Bis dahin haben Sie Versicherungsschutz bei Ihrer alten Kasse.
Lediglich aus einer privaten Krankenversicherung und wenn Sie weniger als 18 Monate in Ihrer Krankenkasse waren, können Sie nicht in die BKK vor Ort aufgenommen werden.
Es gibt keine Ausschlüsse hinsichtlich von Vorerkrankungen oder chronischen Erkrankungen, da keine Gesundheitsprüfung durchgeführt wird.
Was ist konkret abgesichert?
Jede nicht planbare ärztliche Behandlung (vom verdorbenen Magen über Beinbruch bis zum Herzinfarkt) können Sie als Mitglied der BKK VOR ORT im HAYAT vornehmen lassen.
Daneben erhalten Sie von der BKK VOR ORT den gewohnten Auslandskrankenschein,
(TA/11), mit dem Sie sich in den staatlichen Kliniken behandeln lassen können, um zum Beispiel:
Ihre routinemäßigen Untersuchungen (z.B. Blutwerte) vornehmen zu lassen oder um regelmässig benötigte Medikamente zu besorgen.
Übrigens können Sie natürlich auch mit einer akuten Verschlechterung einer chronischen Erkrankung ins HAYAT Krankenhaus gehen, wenn es sich um einen Notfall handelt.
Jede planbare Behandlung wird nur übernommen, wenn Sie diese in Deutschland bei freier Arzt-Wahl – wie bei jeder gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung – vornehmen lassen bzw. mit
der Krankenkasse abstimmen.
Dies kann durchaus ein grosser Vorteil sein, wenn man schwerere Behandlungen oder Operationen im gewohnten Umfeld hinter sich bringen möchte.Selbstverständlich können Sie auch weiterhin andere Privatkliniken Ihres Vertrauens aufsuchen und sich per Vorkasse und Zuzahlung mit dem T11 oder T20 behandeln lassen.
Diese Regelung gilt auch für die zahnärztliche Versorgung: Akut-Behandlung – ja, aber planbare Behandlung in Deutschland. Gerade bei solchen Behandlungen (wie auch z.B. Brillen, Hörgeräte oder ähnliches) sollten Sie aber unbedingt abwägen, ob die komplette
Eigenleistung in der Türkei unter Umständen nicht sogar günstiger ist als über die Krankenkasse und Zuzahlung in Deutschland.

Ehegatten und Kinder sind über die Familienversicherung mitversichert.
